Community Chest Fund

The 2017 Round of funding under the Goldfields-Esperance Community Chest Fund (GECCF) is currently open and will close on Thursday 22nd September 2016.

The Community Chest Fund (CCF) is for local projects requiring one off grants up to $50,000.

This round will target projects commencing in 2017, with the CCF funding contribution being available from 1 July 2017.  If you wish to commence your project prior to July 2017 you may do so if:

  • your application is successful and you have already executed an CCF funding agreement for your grant; and

  • you are able to cashflow the project’s activities prior to July 2017 from your own resources and /or by utilising the project’s other funding sources.

Before you start  filling in your application, please make sure you  read the guidelines and documents listed below and contact the GEDC to discuss your project.

Please  note that in this funding round,  the GEDC has moved to an online application process with Smartygrants. The aim of  the change is to make it easier for potential applicants to apply for funding. The application form is easy to fill in, can be saved at any stage and supporting documents can easily be uploaded. More information is available in the FAQs flyers listed below.
