Business Register hosted a Christmas Sundowner last week with more than 130 attendees, representing local SMEs, State and local government, mining companies and their major suppliers. Hosted by the Goldfields CME, KBCCI and the GEDC local content adviser, the event featured presentations from AngloGold Ashanti, Gold Fields and Northern Star Resources on their insights and success stories from using the G.E. Business Register over the past year. A calendar of events for 2022 was launched with forums, workshops and meet the supplier days planned across the region to assist regional businesses to connect with mining companies and their major suppliers to increase regional content.
