The GEDC, together with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Esperance, recently hosted two WA State Budget Breakfasts in the region. The Hon. Dr Tony Buti MLA, Minister for Finance; Racing and Gaming; Aboriginal Affairs; Citizenship and Multicultural Interests, visited Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Esperance to provide breakfast presentations on the 2022-23 WA State Budget. Minister Buti presented budget overviews and answered questions from community representatives. The GEDC would like to thank all community members for attending the events and for raising priority issues with the Minister, such as local housing and infrastructure.
