Facilitated by RDAGE and sponsored by GEDC, the Esperance Ravensthorpe Leadership Initiative has kicked off for 2023.
The Esperance Ravensthorpe Leadership Initiative, facilitated by Regional Development Australia Goldfields Esperance and sponsored by GEDC, has kicked off for 2023. The Initiative has been developed to provide opportunity for potential leaders in the shires of Esperance and Ravensthorpe to improve their skills and gain experience in a professionally orientated setting.
Fifteen eager participants are taking part in the weekly program, tackling a range of leadership topics while also exploring their own leadership styles and personalities. The program consists of various TAFE units, the completion of a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, wellbeing and leadership workshops facilitated by Happiness Co, Lauree Arnold, and international communications guru Amy Scott.
The Leadership Initiative has been designed to invest in the next generation of leaders by providing them with opportunities to learn and refine leadership skills that will deposit long-term flow on benefits to the local region.
