RDC Communications Officers from around the state gathered in Perth for a day of training and development.
What a pleasure to gather in Perth with Communications Officers from around the state, including the South West Development Commission, Peel Development Commission, Kimberley Development Commission and Great Southern Development Commission.
The RDC Communications Officers attended IPAA WA’s “Public Service Communications Summit” on 22 June, with a focus on how to respond to online misinformation and disinformation, as well as how to promote, educate and engage! Communications Officers for the RDCs play an important role in sharing accurate information on the regions and bridging the gap between communities and government.
