14Apr2023 The ‘Stronger Business Program’ is an exciting new program launched recently by the Goldfields Aboriginal Business Chamber (GABC). An exciting new program has been launched by the Goldfields Aboriginal Business Chamber (GABC) in partnership with Northern Star Resources Limited (Northern Star) and BHP Nickel West Pty Ltd (BHP). The ‘Stronger Business Program’ is a culturally-safe capability building program which provides opportunities for engagement and procurement for Aboriginal businesses in the Goldfields region. GEDC’s Senior Regional Development Officer, Sarah Fletcher, joined the well-attended Stronger Business Program launch event on 5 April 2023, marking the commencement of the initiative that will deliver locally provided business advisory and support services, workshops, training, networking and industry events.
