#SoKal is a regional workforce campaign initiated by the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KBCCI) and launched in September 2025. The campaign showcases the stories of Kalgoorlie-Boulder residents, highlighting that the region is a place where people can build rewarding careers, vibrant lifestyles, and a strong sense of community.
Featuring a series of authentic interviews with locals who live and work in the Goldfields, the campaign shares what brought them to Kalgoorlie-Boulder, what they love about the region, and why they’ve chosen to stay.
