GEDC collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in accordance with its’ Privacy Policy and Collection Notice, and the requirements of the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (WA).

GEDC may share relevant information with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), which provides financial, human resource and system support services to GEDC under a Service Level Agreement.
