Board Nominations Open

Nominations are now open for two Community Representative positions on the GEDC
Board of Management, with nominations open to individuals currently residing in the
Goldfields-Esperance region.

Are you passionate about the Goldfields-Esperance region? Do you have experience and knowledge relevant to regional communities? If so, we would love to hear more about you and how you can contribute to the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission board.

Applicants will be considered against the following criteria:

• Proven decision- making abilities at an executive level;
• A demonstrated involvement in either the economic, social or environmental development of the region; and the
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively to achieve agreed goals across a wide range of issues and stakeholders.

The Minister for Regional Development will make the appointment to the Board.
Terms of appointment will range up to three years.
