The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder's 2022/23 budget was introduced by new CEO Andrew Brien at a luncheon at the KBCCI last week.
GEDC staff were among 40 guests in attendance to hear Mr Brien present on the City’s income and expenditure, major project investment, renewal and maintenance requirements for the City’s significant asset infrastructure, and strategic management of land and provision of housing – key issues for the community.
Highlights from the presentation included updates on the new Golf Course Resort, Airport Masterplan, planned Oasis recreation precinct upgrades, the new Youth Precinct, and water recycling projects.
