Early Childhood Educators from across Esperance, Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun participated in professional development workshops last month.
Coordinated by Escare and funded by GEDC, the workshops saw over 30 educators participate in workshops in Esperance and Hopetoun. Delivered by ADHD WA’s Fiona Alexander, the workshops covered topics such as raising awareness of ADHD behaviours and responding to challenging behaviour.
This professional development series forms part of collaborative efforts from regional agencies, government, and childcare facilities to boost workforce training opportunities in the region, and to engage with and celebrate our regional ECEC workforce.
