The third round of successful Regional Economic Development (RED) Grants have been announced for the Goldfields-Esperance region by the Minister for Regional Development, Hon. Alannah MacTiernan MLC.
The projects funded in the Goldfields-Esperance region include:
- Goldfields Fit-for-Purpose Water Research project – Curtin University – $200,000
- Tjuntjuntjara Microgrid and Battery Storage project – Paupiyala Tjarutja Aboriginal Corporation – $185,400
- New Skills, Ancient Practices project – Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation – $136,500
- Facility Upgrade and B-Qual Certification – Esperance Honey – $133,200
- Kanowna Historic Site and Heritage Trail – Eastern Goldfields Historical Society – $105,500
- Still Upgrade project – Esperance Distillery – $10,200
