The Science and Innovation Awards are open to all 18-35 year old scientists, researchers and innovators with original projects that will contribute to the ongoing success and sustainability of Australia’s agricultural, fisheries and forestry industries. The Awards support the development of new approaches to industry issues. Applicants must currently be working, employed or studying in one of the industries (including food and sustainable natural resource management).

Applications close on Friday 13 October 2017. The recipients of the awards will be publicly presented as part of the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES) Outlook 2018 conference in Canberra.
