GEDC hosted a tender-writing workshop in Kalgoorlie-Boulder recently, delivered in collaboration with BidWrite. The workshop supported 21 businesses and organisations wishing to improve their understanding of government tendering and build their success in supplying to government.
The ‘Write a Winning Tender’ workshop provided insights into crafting a compelling government tender submission, covering topics such as how buyers evaluate and shortlist submissions and persuasive writing techniques. The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder also presented on the local government procurement process and their upcoming tender opportunities.
A planned Esperance workshop has been postponed however GEDC is offering limited one-on-one sessions to those who had planned to attend or those based outside of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
