In conjunction with Regional Development Australia Goldfields Esperance, GEDC recently facilitated a series of engaging tender and grant writing workshops in Esperance, Kalgoorlie, and Leonora. Participants in the Esperance and Kalgoorlie workshops were also able to attend industry sundowners, where representatives from the Shire of Esperance, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Southern Ports and Horizon Power provided information on future tender and procurement opportunities. Positive feedback was received from attendees about the style and presentation of the workshops and sundowners, and similar events are planned for across the region in the future.
