Residential land supply in Kalgoorlie-Boulder received a major boost with the release of 28 new single residential lots and one-grouped housing lot, as part of the Stage 4 of the GreenView Karlkurla Estate development.
The announcement was made by the Minister for Planning, Hon John Carey MLA, on 18 September 2023 during his visit to Kalgoorlie-Boulder. This $6.6 million State Government investment to deliver this Stage marks the first residential land to be released at GreenView since late 2021.
The GEDC is delighted to see funding delivered for the next stage of GreenView Estate, following the identification of new lots as a priority by key stakeholders in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Land Group and at a Housing Roundtable with the Minister in Kalgoorlie earlier this year.
Site works for this Stage have commenced and are expected to be complete by end of January, with first titles expected to be issued by March 2023.
