Led by the Centre for Social Impact, University of Western Australia and supported by the Australian Research Council – the Australian Not-for-Profit Workforce Study is designed to become the largest ever research study on and for all NFP organisations, employees and volunteers. It addresses important themes such as staff development, well-being, engagement, leadership, and more.

Although a nation-wide survey, the researchers want to hear the voice of regional Western Australia. This includes the Goldfields-Esperance region, home to a large network of Not-for-Profits that are vital to our community.

Please participate in this national opportunity to help create an evidence-base and shape a future agenda. The goal is to inform NFP practice, policy, and funding on staff engagement, development, well-being, careers, and impact.

Please download the information sheet for this study to distribute to your networks.

The survey is open until 31 October 2017.
