The GEDC team came together in Esperance during November for their biannual team meeting, providing an opportunity for collaboration, information sharing and operational planning. The two-day program featured professional development workshops on key topics including conflict de-escalation, the emergence of AI and best practice digital asset management.
GEDC Board members also travelled to Esperance, aligning their final meeting of the year with the team gathering. Both meetings had a strong focus on strategic planning for 2026, with GEDC CEO Kris Starcevich providing an update on emerging projects and priorities. The Board also received a briefing on key projects and initiatives by the Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation.
